This was the first building constructed in the park. Its purpose is to protect delicate plants from the rigours of winter and summer, as well as to store tools and other utensils needed to preserve the flowerbeds and promenades. In 1992, the building was modified, demolishing the constructions connected to the main body of the birdhouse and refurbishing and rehabilitating the rest of the building.
